Fabulous stay and would definitely return.

Lovely rooms with swim up. Overlooked sea. Quiet location but only 10 minutes from old town. Friendly staff. Amazing food. Huge choice. Good location for Phuket marina where boats depart for trips. Hotel taxi service fantastic. Very nice gentleman drove us onto our next stay at Khao Lak. Reasonable price.

Nothing really apart from bar shut by 11pm. Just could have been open another hour perhaps.

Great pool and views but not worth the 5 stars

The pool and views were amazing. The bed was comfy and big. The room and bathroom were clean. The gym had decent equipment. If you didn't want to pay the high breakfast price, they offered a very small brunch menu starting from 9.30, so we didn't have to wait too long to eat.

We booked a pool access room but the room we got was at the end of the hotel and there was a walk way separating our pool from the main pool so could not swim through and the room was in the shade ao any wet clothes etc hung out did not dry. The service was ridiculously slow. We waited over an hour for food one day and the next day, food came pretty quick but they forgot about or drinks and it took ages to sort out. The price of food and drink is too high for what it is. The location is awful. There are no shops within walking distance so any extra water or snacks etc has to be pre planned or bought from the hotel. The beach where it is located is filthy, muddy and full of rubbish. There was not enough sunbeds for all the guests and unless you want to lie on the concrete tiles, nowhere else to lay by the pool. Room service was more expensive than the restaurant and not by just a little bit. The gym had no aircon, no disposable wipes or tissues and no water fountain. On check out, reception tried to charge us for someone else's food. Although we pointed out the difference in name and signature and they sorted it out pretty quick.

I loved the quietness and the beauty. It is too far away from phuket City and Patong though. The staff’s English was not very good.

Good location, good rooms and friendly staff

Location, the room and the staff was very good.

The breakfast was just chinese style, it would have been with egg, bacon, toast and things like that. We were sitting outside for a romantic christmasdinner, but a lot of chinese people who were splashing and swimming in the pool next to our table was very distrubing and disrespectful because they made too much noise and showed no respect for us.
